About these terms
This website belongs to DKBD Naturals Limited, Sultanabad, Boalia, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. By using it or ordering from it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Using the website
- Use it lawfully and do not try to damage it, overload it or get into parts that are not meant for you.
- Do not copy our text, photos, logos or product information for other uses without asking us first.
- Forms are for real enquiries. Do not send spam or false details.
- If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Product information and prices
We try to keep product information, prices and availability correct, but they can change and mistakes can happen. Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) unless the page says otherwise; the USD price shown on some pages is for reference only. Whether VAT is included in our prices: VAT wording (to be confirmed). If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and tell you.
Orders
- When you place an order on the website you ask to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it with you, normally by phone. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the details are wrong. If that happens you have paid nothing.
- Payment is cash on delivery today. When online payment is available we will say so at checkout.
- The total you pay is the products plus the delivery charge shown at checkout. See Delivery and Returns.
- You can follow your order on the Track your order page.
Wholesale, affiliate and influencer programmes
Wholesale accounts, affiliate and influencer partnerships have their own terms, shared when you are approved: where these terms are published (to be confirmed). Nothing is active until we approve your application.
Brands and content
DKBD and the DKBD logo belong to DKBD Naturals Limited. House of Wonder, Gamby Natur and HOCL are names and brands of their owner and are shown with permission: written permission from By Wonder LTD (to be confirmed).
Health and product claims
Our personal-care products are cosmetic products. Information on this website is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or an allergy, check the ingredients and talk to a health professional before use.
