How your order reaches you, what it costs, and how to follow it.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Bangladesh. Choose your district at checkout and the delivery charge for your order appears before you place it.
Delivery charges
- Inside Rajshahi city: ৳60.
- Everywhere else in Bangladesh: ৳120.
- The charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery: any free-delivery rule, for example above a certain order total (to be confirmed).
Delivery time
Delivery time: days inside Rajshahi city and days elsewhere (to be confirmed). When we call to confirm your order we tell you the expected day.
How an order works

You order
Choose your products and fill in your name, mobile number and address. Pay cash on delivery.
- 02
We call you
We call the mobile number you gave to confirm the order, the address and the total.
- 03
We send it
We hand your order to our courier: courier name (to be confirmed).
- 04
You pay on arrival
You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
Follow your order
Open Track your order and enter your order number and the phone number you used. If you gave an email address, we also email you when your order is confirmed, sent and delivered.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged or not what you ordered, call us with your order number and we will sort it out. If the courier cannot reach you: what happens after missed delivery attempts (to be confirmed).
