What we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can control it. Written for the website as it works today.
Who we are
DKBD Naturals Limited (“DKBD”, “we”) runs this website and decides how your personal information is used. Contact: [email protected], 017XXXXXXXX, Sultanabad, Boalia, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
What we collect
When you send us a message or an enquiry
On the contact, wholesale, affiliate, influencer and import-export forms we save what you type: your name, email and/or phone, company and country if you give them, your message, the other answers on that form, the page you sent it from, and that you agreed to be contacted. We use this only to answer you and to manage the enquiry.
When you order
We need your name, mobile number and delivery address (district, area and full address) to deliver your order. Your email address is optional for cash on delivery and needed for online payment. We also keep your order (what you ordered, the delivery charge, the total, the note you wrote) and its status. We call the number you gave to confirm your order.
When you create an account
Your name, email address, phone number and a password. We cannot read your password: it is stored in a protected form. An account lets you log in, apply for a wholesale or partner account, and follow your requests.
When you write a review
After your order is delivered you can review a product. We show your first name and the first letter of your last name, your star rating and your text, only after we have checked it.
When you apply as a wholesale buyer, affiliate or influencer
The details you give in the application: your name, business or channel, phone, email, address or links, and what you tell us about yourself. If you are approved as an affiliate or influencer we also keep your link and code, the orders credited to you (order number, date and commission, never the customer's details), and the payout details you give us, such as a bKash number or bank account.
Reminder emails about your cart (only if you ask)
If you tick “Remind me by email if I forget to finish my order” at checkout, we save your email address with your cart and may send you up to two reminders. Every reminder has a link to stop them. If you do not tick the box, we send no reminders.
Technical records
Our hosting keeps basic technical records (for example the address your request came from and the time) to keep the website secure and working.

We count visits and page speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or browser storage and does not follow you across other websites: confirm this with Cloudflare's current description, or switch it off in Cloudflare if you prefer no analytics (to be confirmed). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add any, we will tell you here and ask for your consent first.
Why we use your information
- To deliver your order, confirm it with you and handle returns or complaints (this is the contract between you and us).
- To reply to your message and handle your enquiry (you asked us to, and you agreed when you sent it).
- To send you messages about your order: confirmed, on its way, delivered, cancelled.
- To send cart reminders, only if you ticked the box.
- To pay commission to approved partners and to run the wholesale programme.
- To keep our accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who can see it
- Our staff who handle orders and enquiries, in our private admin system.
- Our delivery courier, who gets your name, phone number and address so the parcel reaches you: courier name (to be confirmed).
- Our service providers that run the website: our server hosting and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website. Our email is sent from our own mail server. They process data for us; we do not sell your information.
- When online payment is switched on, the payment provider (SSLCOMMERZ) receives what it needs to take your payment. We never see or store your card number.
- Anyone else only where the law requires it, for example a court or a government authority.
Where it is kept
Our website and its database run on a server in Germany: confirm the hosting location (to be confirmed). Cloudflare delivers pages from locations around the world. DKBD also has an office in Denmark. This means your information can be processed outside Bangladesh. We keep it protected wherever it is.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in a protected form. Only staff who need your information to do their job can open it, and they log in to a private system. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach puts you at risk we will tell you and the authority as the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Orders and the records that go with them: number of years, as required by tax and accounting rules (to be confirmed).
- Enquiries and messages: retention period (to be confirmed).
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
- Cart reminder email: until the cart is finished or you stop the reminders, and no longer than retention period (to be confirmed).
- Partner and wholesale records: while you work with us and for retention period (to be confirmed) afterwards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, and you can take back your consent at any time. Taking back consent does not affect what we did before. Write to [email protected] or call 017XXXXXXXX. We reply as soon as we can and within 30 days at the latest. To stop cart reminders, use the link in any reminder email. You can also clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.
If you think we have handled your information wrongly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the authority that supervises data protection in Bangladesh, or, if you are in the European Union or Denmark, to your national data protection authority.
Children
Our shop is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you and do not send us your personal information yourself.
The laws that apply
We aim to follow the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 of Bangladesh and, for visitors in the European Union and Denmark, the GDPR. legal review and any registration or notice duties that apply to us (to be confirmed).
